Tell you what I did. Copy the image and use a "reverse image search". Tiny eye gave me nothing but Google gave me a bunch of hits. I'm sure you can find it in one of the images?

Yeah, I didn't put that much time into the actual "match" but figured a reverse search would get someone close if they spent a minute matching individual characteristics.

From what I can remember, they more or less bolt up. Just need to make one hole larger on the frame side, but the dimensions are pretty much the same.

That I'm not sure about, most videos that I've seen people only mention fitting the JK bumper. I know that the most common issues that people have with any winch plate is it contacting the Rubicon's electronic sway bar motor.
I'd say test fit it, if there's any clearance issues, I bet they can be solved with an angle grinder/cutoff tool.
