New batteries a year ago? Might be Aux fault, probably not, but disconnect neg connection of Aux, pull fixe 42 and be happy! Your main battery will last a couple years longer! You’ll still deal with ESS but the main battery does all that. Anyway. Just stop easy at lights and ESS won’t work or push the ESS off button!
My radio switch’s once in awhile like ghosts, it’s Jeep thing?

Mine constantly switches back to FM on start. So loud compared to CarPlay. Scares the crap outtaout of me.
