Gladiator Owners: Any Experience with Endurance Warranty?

I bought the top-tier Endurance extended warranty for my Gladiator about a year ago, and I’ve never had to use it. A coworker has the exact same warranty and has had nothing but issues with Endurance. According to her, they never paid the shop for the work her vehicle needed and gave her a lot of hassle.


Before I decide whether to cancel my warranty, I wanted to ask the community:

• Has anyone here actually used Endurance and had positive experiences?
• How was the claims process and payment to the shop handled?
• Any tips for dealing with Endurance if I do need to file a claim?

I really like having the peace of mind, but I don’t want to keep something that won’t actually help when I need it. Thoughts?
