The red truck is for surf gear. Though to be fair jeep themselves offered a similar setup to carry sheet goods and lumber back in the old days.

These types of modifications are not uncommon in ranch or lodge applications though I have never really seen a hunting car built off a jeep.

There is/was a surf lodge over my way that ran a 6x6 pinzgauer to get clients and their boards etc to and from the air port and then to and from the beach. Big money, like suede leather tire cover big money.
