IMO, Ask $42,000 to $46,000 as a starting private party price.Stock 2022 Mojave trucks with similar mileage sell for around $33,000 to $38,000. While aftermarket parts rarely add 100% of their cost back to the vehicle, premium upgrades like the King suspension, 40-inch tires, and EVO lift make this build highly desirable to the right buyer

A 22 with a bunch of aftermarket isn't going to help its resale. Start at 40, but the market is super soft right now. Realistically, probably 25k if someone really is looking for that specific setup. Any supporting axel stuff for the 40's? Gears? Trusses?

CarMax said 32500$ lmao. I could burn it and get more from insurance than 25k. Can’t even find any for 25k.

If you haul that to Carmax id be surprised if they even give you an offer, "too modified" is a thing with them. Its a decent looking rig, just modified stuff is a hard sell. Especially if you just jammed some 40's on with zero supporting mods. You will need to find someone able to write a check for such a vehicle, thats been customized to your taste. Thats usually an uphill battle.
Things going for you is it is a Mojave, so if someone could talk a bank into loaning on it you might have a chance. Best of luck.
