One more thing I found, on the rubicon model a nutsert is missing in order to mount the crossmember/skid plate. I guess the rubicon bumper doesn’t use that hole so they don’t bother installing one at the factory. The sport models with the ‘air dam’ seem to have it. My dealer was out of this m8 nutsert but found a dodge truck step rail mount kit with those exact ones in it. I had to buy the whole kit for 30 bucks but it fits.

my rubicon is also missing the nutsert. Can this piece be added after the bumper is all the way installed?

You will have to take it off to install them.
