Guys towing over 20 ft campers?

Guys with rubicon ecodiesels. What make type model camper trailers are you pulling? How does yours do and what would you recommend? I’m looking at a couple , venture stratus 221 vrk and a micro lite 21fbrs anyone have one of these? I have break controller weight distribution and Firestone bags already on I tow a 23 ft ledgend enclosed aluminum trailer now and have no issues just thinking on a camper now

I don't have a diesel but I have an Overland with the 3.6L.

I tow a Venture Sonic SN220VRB (Google it for floor plan) which is right around 5K Lbs with all we want or need. It's 27' LOA. I have a weight distribution hitch and electronic brake controller, no rear air bags..

My Overland handles it very nicely. Your diesel should have no problems.

I tow a 25’ camper a lot in Colorado. You really need to slow down and climb slow to avoid high temps. Other than that it’s very stable to tow with

We don't have that model we tow a 17 cherokee with a 2 seat polaris General on the front. No issues except you have to slow down climbing hills or it will warm up. Noticed it more after installing my 37's but my son has exact same setup except on 40's it pulls it fine but will warm up if you push it to hard we both just ordered the kit to give more cooling capacity so will see how that works

My Mojave does great! I have a good WDH, brake controller and I installed airbags. My camper is 27 feet and weighs 5000lbs.

Very good quality and fabrication perfect size for a couple. I took a couple of extras like sport suspension (mags, 2’’ lift and off-road tires) and electric jacks.

Well here she is , new 22 flagstaff fbs can’t wait for next summer, eco towed it like a champ and the husky centerline works amazing
