Halo Off with DRL but On with Headlights? Can JScan or AlpaOBD do this?

I have a Mojave with the full Factory LED lighting. I was able to make the DRL the dedicated white part of the turn signals with JScan but the Halo in the headlight is still on with the DRL. If I turn off the Signature lighting setting the Halos are off with the DRL but also don't come on with the headlights, they are permanently off. Is there a way with JScan or AlphaOBD to make the Halo off with DRL but on with the headlights?
Also the Fog Lamp dropout. I set it to active and when I pull the lever back the Fog lamps stay on with the High beams, but if I push the lever forward to leave the High beams on, the Fog Lamps turn off. If there a setting to make the Fog lamps stay on with the high Beams, Not Just when holding back the lever?
I search the Forum but couldn't find anything that discussed these issues with already having Factory Led headlights, must results discussed Orical lights.
