Hello all, I've searched but cannot find anything related to this. Does anyone have any experience, part numbers, etc., for replacing the rubber joint / seam on the Mopar hard tri-fold tonneau cover? One of them has split and it's getting worse to where it is almost all the way across now. I contacted Jeep Wave via chat and they were not help other than "take it to the dealer". They couldn't even tell me if it would be covered under warranty. I'd rather just order the part and do it myself but I cannot find anything on the web. Any info is appreciated.

I’m in the same situation. Lost the first section a few months back. Now the middle section has broken completely. Hope to find replacement rubber & fix it.

You'd have to find out who makes the cover, it's NOT MOPAR, and then see if they have replacement parts.

MOPAR is going to tell you to buy a new cover.

That would be a terrible design to not be able to replace the part(s) that gets worked during use.

I am having the same issue. For a temporary patch, I cleaned the rubber with some rubbing alcohol, then I used liquid electrical tape and painted it over the crack. Not my idea of a fix, just a patch.

I would sure like to replace it. I have no idea who made them for JEEP.
