Hardtop cracked at bolt

Should I be concerned with this much cracking? None of the other bolts have cracks near them.

It’s probably just a crack in the gellcoat or paint I can’t imagine it would go all the way thru. Usually cracks occur in the topcoat on fiberglass if it’s sprayed on to thick. I wouldn’t be worried at all, but if the jeep is under warranty I would make them fix it just because.

if there is an issue with the layup it would still be an easy fix

It doesn't look like its anything more than the gel coat but I would be concerned about t getting worse. There is a torque spec for the hard top bolts. I believe it's ~150 inch lbs but will have to double check that number

Those of us who tightened ours for colder weather should probably be rechecking and backing them off just a tad as things warm up.
