Really hoping I don’t wait 3+ months just to end up disappointed and getting a going a different direction. Just hoping the second guy was right and it’s jeep just consolidated the bullets for whatever reason.

Same boat, went ahead and ordered it, BUT, I won't use my "head of the line" option, I'll let it ride the normal build cycle and hope the option is corrected by the time it's built

Gotcha I thought we were just talking about 23s not having it. Had not seen that it was an August cut off. Hopefully more build sheets come out soon with post August orders.

I waited through August to see if it returned, placed my order Sep 11 hoping it comes back or I won't buy.... I had a go to the front of the line code, but not going to use it on hopes the ACC reinstates

I also keep hearing very conflicting stories from different dealers. Seems no one really knows if they are including it or not. I'm trying to order right now and plan on just adding the group and hoping that when mine is eventually made... it has the ACC. I could live with out it, but having it on our other Gladiator and a JLUR... it would be hard to go back.

If the emergency braking and auto headlights are still included.... I'm wondering if the adaptive cruise could be added down the road. I know some people were able to do that last year with their Ram Rebels. It was just a matter of installing the switch panel/plate in the steering wheels and using a programmer (or having the dealer active) to active it. All of the hardware should be there if the other functions work.
