Doing some exhaust work and I am about to install a “J Pipe” also known technically as a helmholtz resonator. Trying to cancel a slight drone at 2100 rpm. My calculations indicate a 32” j pipe.

Just wondering if anyone else has any experience with this?

Yep. That's the right length and it will absolutely kill the drone. I put mine as far forward as possible, there's plenty of room to run it parallel with the exhaust.

If anyone is interested this shows the length of j pipe for given rpm.
