They are not likely to be very accommodating, since you are adding aftermarket parts. It just depends on the dealer.
If the factory lights and new lights are both LED fog lights, you should be okay. The difficult part will be the wiring harness, and probably getting them aimed properly. Just make sure whatever you use in the fog position are approved fog lights.
