Help! Lock’er Down extreme console safe won’t open

Hi All. I’ve had the Lock’er Down console safe installed for about a year with no issues. Yesterday I unlocked the safe and was able to turn the cam but the top wouldn’t open. I tried gently prying, pushing down on the top as I turned the cam, locking/unlocking all with no luck.

I sent Lock’er Down a message asking for help but since it’s a long weekend I’m not sure how long it will take them to respond and thought I‘d ask If anyone here has had a similar problem and if so how did you solve?

Update: Got in touch with Lock’er Down - unfortunately had to drill out the locking mechanism to get inside. Not sure what caused it, the guy thought maybe something got jammed inside the lock but when I drilled out the cam I was able to open it.

They are sending a new top/lock out today, great customer service. The cam lock was really beefy - took me 15mins to drill through.
