Help needed

I am trying to add the 115v outlet to the bed of my gladiator, I have purchased and installed all necessary parts, even found a service writer willing to help with the sales code but he/we were unable to find an option to add it under my vin. I own a 21 rubicon, positive it was an option so I’m unsure why we can’t find the code. I was hoping to avoid using a tazer, so If there are any Jeep employees out there that can help walk me through the process I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

I’m not a Jeep employee, but have a Tazer if you need to borrow it, depending on where you are in CO.

I haven’t seen that setting, but I also haven’t looked for it. To your knowledge, does the Tazer allow that to be turned on? I’m in summit county, so not too far.

In all honesty I have never used a tazer, I watched a YouTube video when I added the parts and that’s how he activated it. Are you available tomorrow?
