If the dealer got the LED sales code added to your VIN, then you should be okay for any future updates to the computer. Negotiate the lowest fee you can with the dealer, and then take it home and use Jscan. Unless the lights are defective, or the dealer damaged something, it should be easy to fix.
These are not plain old headlights. The computer monitors the power draw. If the settings in the computer don't match the lights installed, they will not work correctly and will present issues like you have now.
