High Altitude with Rock Rails

Paid $20 for the take-offs from a Rubicon. Took about 40 minutes total. All hardware is the same for both. I personally think it looks way better and I hate the placement of the steps.

Per Side
8x 10mm bolts @ 10lbs (it is technically 9.3 or 9.7lbs)
4x 13mm bolts @ 20lbs

Once you remove all the bolts the steps just stay in place. Then you just pull them out. Same for the rails, you put them in and they stay in place.

I agree looks leapyears better and now you have a good excuse to ride some trails!

Agreed it looks way better, my Mojave came with side steps as well. I was talking to my brother who has a 20 JTR and a 23 JTRD and he had an extra set of rock rails that he gave me since I gave him the trail rail system out of my 20 sport S when I traded it in. The swap took all of maybe 20 minutes and looks a lot better

The high altitude looks great OP, definitely way better with the Rubi rails. My 20 Sport S was the same hydro blue and loved the color, got it in march of 20 and within the next year there was about 7 of them running around town, traded it in on a 24 JLU Willy’s extreme recon and it wasn’t on the lot a day and was sold
