Just to let you know, especially since I'm from LALALand (originally), get the Armorlite. Completely worth it. Even after having to spend 14 hours of my life, upside down in the floor, feet on the garage wall pushing it into place, millimeter by millimeter.
Does the leak kit help with wind noise or will I need the armoire to help with that?
I didn't have any issues with wind noise before, so I can't speak on that. I was just getting hit with a little water when I went through car washes. The kit has helped with that a ton. I have no idea what Armorlite is referring to. 😂

Armorlite is a flooring replacement for the entirety of the carpet and such in the floorpan of the Jeep. Its laser-measured and cut to fit exactly into every nook and cranny of the floorboards.

Works with both the front floorboard and hidden rear floorboard drain plugs. Basically, if it ever gets dirty, you could just hose out the whole floorboard and then just pull the drains to dump it out. No more need for floor mats anymore, either. Comes in Black and Sand colors.

My set was nearly $1100 bucks, but that's including nearly $350 shipping to Alaska. Free shipping to you there in the lower 48.

Save up and get it. They are also a sponsor here on the forum and offer a decent discount.

That's good info, thanks. 👍 So far, I like the Jeep slush mats for the front and back that came with my High Tide. This sounds like a good option if I want to switch those out in the future.

I'm finally getting the sport bar installed that I've been looking for since last September. I'm really pumped about this. I already have my KC lights boxed up and ready to go. My High Tide doesn't have any Aux switches, so I've got the Mopar switch box ordered to control those lights.

I also recently changed my mind on how I wanted to approach the truck's stance. I originally wanted to keep it lower and only level the suspension since this thing has serious rake from the factory, but after doing a couple months of research, I've come to the conclusion that these trucks look better with a lift. I ordered a 3" JKS lift kit and should have that installed in a few weeks to replace my Daystar 1.5" leveling spacers.

I also found out after tinkering with my exhaust for a few weeks that Mopar makes a performance exhaust for the Gladiator. I got that installed nearby at a dealership a few days ago. I'll add pictures and a sound clip of that later this week.

I never made a post for my new tires and wheels, so here we go. I started with Icon Vector 5 wheels in satin black (17x8.5 with a -6mm offset). I liked the stock wheels, but they're out of spec to run true 35-inch tires.

For tires, I went with a set of Mickey Thompson Baja Legend EXP (35x12.5), including a spare. I think I'm going to move the spare to a bed mount soon. I was glad to get the mud terrains off; the new tires ride great. I should be getting the JKS 3" lift installed tomorrow.

Isn’t High Tide in Louisiana regular tide everywhere else? :bandit:
They originally made the High Tide for Florida like the Texas Trail was made for Texas. Then, they remembered Louisiana—like "yeah, better sell it there, too." 😂
