I'm looking for a lightly used Gladiator with 4auto and 6000+ towing capacity but can't seem to find one after hours and hours of searching.

On the Jeep site I can build an Overland with Selec-trac 4auto + towing package and it shows towing capacity of 6640. So that tells me those two specs aren't mutually exclusive.

Most used listings don't state towing capacity OR include selec/rock-trac in the description to key off of. And on the ones with window stickers to look at, I don't know what features equals 6000+.

Are there trims that don't offer these two features that I can exclude? Any other clever ideas for how to back into finding the truck I want?

Appreciate it. Thanks homies.

Order a new truck with the features you want.

Is there a used truck out there with the features that you want? Maybe, but it’ll probably cost you pretty much (if not as much) as much as a new one.

I initially looked used, but came to that conclusion pretty quickly.

When you say “4auto”? What do you mean? Are you talking about an automatic transmission, or automatic 4wheel drive transfer case?
The transmission is an 8 speed Auto and the VAST majority of Gladiators will be automatics. The transfer case is less common.
Reality is, if you buy a trim level that has the automatic transmission and a Tow package, it will probably tow 6000 lbs or more (up to 7650 for a Sport with Max Tow).
As answered by others, the easiest way to get what you want is to order one from the factory with the features you want. Use the online “Build and Price” tool on the Jeep webpage to figure that out, take it to a dealer and see what they can do.
