Those are RC cars. Either that, or a giant with the world's biggest smart phone is filming it (note the shadow on the rock in the foreground).

I think is all perspective. The trees in the background look appropriately sized for full sized SUVs, as well as the rock where the shadow is being cast. Im just assuming he shadow is elongated due to the angle of the sun and perhaps the person filming being at an elevated position.
