OK. I was a long time Corvette guy. But, when the gladiator came out, I decided to go to a toy I could enjoy 12 months a year. I could not be happier. I towed my 31 foot 6800 pound camper 4000 miles through the mountains and it performed better than expected. It was awesome on Moab the trails.

Awesome pictures man! That looks like a ton fun. My family and I have been considering getting a camper like that. Looking at the Keystone Ultralite.

Although it handled it fine, if doing it over again I would prefer total weight of around 5,000 lbs

Good for you. I did the same thing and gave up my weekend fun toy for a car that I can enjoy everyday in any weather. Sure it's more utilitarian and not flashy but paying good money every month for a flashy toy that's parked 330+ days of the year makes no sense in my retirement.
