Looks like I may need to look into these. I also have the upgraded alpine system. I ended up buying some kicker dsc350's since they I got them on a deal but I would say the sound is negligible at best. No worse, maybe slightly better but nothings significant. I may look into these infinities now instead. Thanks!

I put the infinity’s in, did anyone notice the wiring harness seemed backwards? I noticed in the rear they were backwards the black/white was backwards on the harness and I noticed they sounded better in the front with the harness wires switched. I have the alpine 8.4 upgraded system.
Per the following (which I have not personally verified), the sound bar wiring is white = NEG and grey = POS

I also noticed that the installation instructions for the Select Increments JTJL Pods states:
Jeep Gladiator Infinity speaker install 1635877327769

So with that being said it appears the Metra harnesses, at least the one I had was wired up backwards. Could be why some are only seeing negligible improvement. I ended up just crimping a new connector onto the harness rather than swapping out pins, as the harness has a very small terminal connector on the negative side.

That looks awesome! Are you running these off factory system or did they require a separate amp?

Running these off of the factory 5 inch system even though it’s super under powered. These are 3 ohm instead of 4ohm meaning they’ll be a little louder with the same power coming to the speaker.
In my other post I mentioned that I replaced the dash tweeters and added an under seat sub woofer, it gets the volumejust loud enough. I hope to replace the knee panel speakers with more3 ohm ones and get even more power out of the factory amp.

Going to need links to everything! These look really good. Any chance they sell a grill that goes over these?
the speaker has a grill on it in the photo. See the link below for what it looks like naked.

Still debating if I want to do the metro pod 6.5 inch knee panel speaker upgrade. Looks like a pain on the drivers side.
