Installed a Reaper Off-Road JTRB Immortal R1 Rear Bumper

Installed a Reaper Off Road Immortal R1 rear bumper, yesterday and it was a cinch. The only issue was securing the electrical harness inside of it. I thought about spot welding some tabs inside it, but decided to try extra strength hot glue instead. It came with led tag lights and plugs if you don't have the parking sensors. The corners of the bumper have recesses to use as steps. I really like it, especially after destroying the Mattel factory bumper! I ordered it from Reaper Off Road and had it in about 4 days. It is also made in the USA! I am very happy with it!

I use something like this to secure wiring on the back side of bumpers or inside body panels. Clean area with rubbing alcohol, peel backing, stick and hold, then run zip tie through.

I had thought about finding a light that would fit inside the step recess. The recess would give it some protection.

I ordered the same bumper but got it bare steel so I could cut in some Rigid Lighting lights in the recessed area of 45 degrees. Also to powder coat it to match the sliders and front bumper...

Should have been capped as a fabricator. It looks unfinished. Other than that it looks nice

Finally finished it up minus the rear quarter protection which will bolt to factory Rubicon mounts and to the rear bumper as well.
I did tie into the receiver hitch with some bolts to keep it from peeling back if it gets hung up on a rock. Added some Rigid Industries reverse lights and filled it the Reaper logo and stuck an American Flag over that area. Closed in the corners that were open toward the front but added bolt holes to secure to the bed protection. I did square the license plate holes to accept the plastic plate screw holders. I didn't like having to reach behind to hold the nut or thread the hole itself. I also ordered the reverse sensor bezels that were flat to replace the angled bezels. I love how it turned out and yes it was a ton of work. It paid off in the end.
