Saw an ad on IG, and the thing looks like it could be helpful, especially if you get a lot of salt in winter.

https://www.saltshift.com/en-us/products/salt-shift-chassis-flush
Not just salt - I've seen silt, extremely fine sand and dirt, collect and hold moisture - not drying inside a frame or body channel, etc. for days.
Interesting device. I used to use a garden hose and flush out the frame rails of my cars, the front gusset areas, rocker panel drain holes and so on. It really helps to keep the fine silt and dirt out even if you don't go through salt.
Damn, I may have to look harder at that.

Retired...sort of
I drive the beach a lot at the OBX...after each run when I return to the house, I set up an oscillating lawn sprinkler underneath the Jeep and run it for about five minutes at several positions, front to rear. Always amazed at the piles of sand in the driveway afterwards.

I may try to make one of these with some basic plumbing fittings. It's not very complicated.

I'd rather go for one of the versions that you insert down the length of the frame rail with a 360 sprayer on the end.

I've run wiring through the frame rails - can't go end-to-end easily at all, and not with anything very large.

I remember seeing very thin sprayers on semi-rigid plastic hoses that you could thread through small holes in the frame and down the length of the frame rail to dislodge any stuck silt and flush it out. It seems more useful than one that just sprays around the access hole - I can do that with a pressure washer.

A nice alternative is to pick up a 360 wand, the same used by folks treating frames and body panels with undercoat. First time I saw one in use I grabbed one on prime. It was only $30 or so. They also have a rolling spray head with a array of nozzles that all shoot directly upward so you can shoot out the frame with the wand then roll the roll sprayer under the chassis to spray down the whole undercarriage.

Ah, the desert of Idaho.
Good to know there's no dust or dirt or rain out there!
Nothing we need to worry about. We pull cars out of farmer's fields that have sat for 50+ years with no rot. We get like 11" of rainfall per year, Moab is around 10", and Phoenix is 8" or so. No humidity either.

Your lack of rain will help - but sitting in a field is no comparison.
It's driving that gets dust into the frame channels and between the floor panel joints, then driving in rain that gets the water into those same spots.

If it isn't driven in a rain, it's fine. If it just sits for 100 years, it's fine.
Once that dust and dirt gets wet by driving in rain, it stays wet for a long time. (but there, not as long as it would in other areas)

We still have a lot of 70s and 80s cars on the road. Things just don't rust here beyond light surface rust. Remember the white GM trucks and vans from the 90s that the paint just fell off? They're all still driving around out here with no paint and no rust ?

So I could expect to see a 90s Honda Prelude with the fenders still intact? Cool!
Those lasted about 10 years around here.

They are around, but a lot of them were hacked up during the tuner craze. Hard to find a stock one. Still see lots of the 2nd and 3rd gen ones running around. There's an old guy that dailys a yellow 3rd gen SI and it's super clean. I want it bad lol
