33 looked way better. But I’m slightly biased. :turkey:
Was never really a fan of the Fairlady. Drove one and it felt too heavy in the steering to be good on the mountain.
Which Fairlady? The Z32s drive surprisingly modern, but with more steering feel because its hydraulic. They’re pretty wide with a pretty short wheelbase. They’re pretty easy to drift. The VGs are pretty stout too. They’re no 2JZ or RB, but they can reliably handle up to 600hp on stock internals. Modded cars are worth next to nothing too so someone’s project car can be really insane deals. People drop $20-30k into them all the time knowing that only clean stock cars have value.

Was one of the older models. Early 2000’s I forget which one it was. The VG I agree with you. Had a GTO (3000GT) for a bit. Heavy as hell but it was a fun car. After I got into my R33 there was no going back though. Rb25det, manual, 4DOOR!!!! Something about boring a 4 door to 2.8 and doing all the fun stuff to was just insanely enjoyable. If I still had the cash I dropped on that car my Gladiator would be out in Johnson Valley right now like it was Easy Street. :CWL: Totally worth it though. Had some fun times in that one.

It would have to be a 350Z then. They started in 2003. 1996 was the last year of the Z32 in the US. Maybe a Z32 if in Japan. 2000 was the last year then, but I don’t know anything about those later cars.

the 350 was the newer body style right? I’m thinking I was in the 300.

This was in Japan.

Need to get one of those collapsing snow shovels.
I do. The Jeep was in a ditch, wedged up against a hill on the passenger-side. The driver-side tires were spinning on ice.

See I know what happened. You forgot to say “Go Go Gadget TRACKS!!!”. That does it every time 90% of the time. :like: :turkey:

I’ve been weird stuck a few times and never been in snow and ice like that on a trail so i can’t really comment. It was a fitting pic to my Toyota joke though. Well played, Sir.

I got towed out once in one of my Audis with summer tires. The 19” wheels were up against the curb and I didn’t want to curb them up. 235/35/19s so hardly any sidewall.
