To put things in perspective I have had to deal with Bestop customer service twice, best service ever with one, pathetic with the other. Sometimes you have a bad day even with a great company.

Never had an issue with ET. Recently received a $200 credit for doing an install video with no issues whatsoever.
In the past on other vehicles, I have used almost every vendor mentioned in this thread(Quadratec, Northridge, 4WP, 4WD Hardware, Morris, etc.) and honestly have never had a problem with any of them. Shop for best price if you know what you want and go get it.
