I bought the podium which are stainless and still had finish issues but I emailed them with pictures are they responded the next day saying they are shipping a set for free.
what email did you use? The one from their web site " [email protected] " gets rejected.

They used to be great, back in the day. I knew the owner/designer......he had since sold the company and moved on to better things, ever since, the quality has gone downhill. Cheap materials, poor finish, etc......

Those side steps went to the scrapper. My paint job started rusting through again.

I feel like at this point most everything that is powder coated steel will rust at some point. It's inevitable. The corrosion starts at the bolt holes or thin spots, and then just bubbles underneath the finish.

For my side-steps, I got a set of Havoc HS2 hoop steps that were stainless steel underneath. The mounting hardware is rusting, and the finish has worn thin in some places and you can see the shine of the steel underneath, but no rusting. I'd pay the upgrade to buy most everything in stainless if it was offered that way.

In GA, things don’t normally rust. He bought that truck brand new in GA and that truck is a 2018 with almost 100k on it and it looks brand new underneath and the truck looks new when detailed. The quality of those steps is absolutely atrocious.

Fair. I'm in NJ. We use so much salt that the roads have high blood pressure. I'm convinced they brine the roads for fun. If I look at something on my truck wrong, it rusts. I've resorted to spraying SaltsGone on my truck with a pump sprayer during the winter.

That’s funny but it also sucks.
