I guess I noticed this just a few days after I got it. I thought it might stretch out on its own. 6 months later it hasn’t changed. I feel like this is a stupid question but I’ve not been able to figure out a solution. Thanks

That looks like it would need to shrink, which in my opinion, is not likely to happen. Personally,if it looked like that a few days after bringing it home, I would have taken it back and asked for it to be replaced.

Truck driver who delivered it was probably a fat arse.

Agree with @CG32 that is needs to be shrunk not stretched. Sometimes heat can do this, but I'd let the dealer fix it under warranty before I try anything.

to shrink the leather it is done with steaming it. you may want to take it to an upholstery shop since they would be experienced at it.

That’s to some degree not uncommon wear,
And maybe not faulty leather installation as much as all leathers are natural and can behave differently and appear different after application. I do agree that it doesn’t look great and you should take it in. Good luck!
Edit; this happened in the rear seat of my last vehicle...... never changed or went away

Thanks for all the advise. I’ll talk to the dealer next time I’m by that way.

i have noticed the same issues, I feel that the seat is not supported as well on the right size.. I have alittle ass and I see the same imprint on the right side of the seat.. odd becuase I keep my wallet in my left pocket.. seems left side would be the problem
