The technical answer for your question about the Gladiator is no. That is for a 392 Wrangler and not at all for a Gladiator. Yes the 392 does at curb weight weigh more the Gladiator so though in theory it would support the weight I would not risk it.
The first question if it is stock which appears to be the case, it is not a lift.

JL and JT shocks are pretty much the same length. Front JL and JT springs are the same, but rear springs are different.

Also depends upon whether it was off a stock 392 or an Xtreme Recon 392 as far as lift.
