Never really been a fan, nor understood the Jeep duck thing. To each their own. When I explained (with my limited understanding) to my wife what it was about, she wanted a duck. A few days ago, while out shopping, my wife was looking for a duck for our Jeep. I jokingly said if she got one she could put it in her wagon, not my Jeep.
Well, when we walked out to the parking lot, got my wife in, I walked round to the driver's side and unbelievably, there is a duck on my door handle! Wife was ecstatic. I couldn't have planned that if I tried.

So, whomever placed that duck on a blue Gladiator in a Walmart parking lot in Michigan, I thank you.

Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays.

Duck yeah!

And @Greg_L nailed it. I didn't give a flying dick about ducks until I got my Jeeps.

Yeah it's a quirking cheesy thing. But If some one took their time and money to duck my shit box......well hot damn, it's up on the dash.

I've received two ducks since I bought the Gladdy. A buddy of mine, who up until this year had a 2016 Wrangler Unlimited, had never been ducked. His response was disappointment when I got the first one, was that he'd yet to be ducked in all the years of his ownership.
With anything, YMMV.

I kick mine as far across the parking lot as I can
(J/k. I don't like the duck thing. If I get one, I just put it on the closest jeep)
I like your approach

I don't stockpile ducks but I don't have a visceral negative hater butthole reaction to them either. When I get one I pass it along to another Jeep. No harm no foul they're nothing to get upset about and they certainly don't insult my manhood like they do some people.

I don't understand the bone-stock Jeeps with a hundred ducks on the dash though. They must buy them for themselves.

Or they go to one Jeep meet at a mall crawling venue and collect.

Again, what ever tickles your pickle. I'm 45, been around the world more times then 10 people will do in 10 lifetimes.........I stay in my lane and enjoy the peace

That made me laugh, that's how I feel about angry grills. I don't have them, but the only thing angry about them is apparently everyone on this forum who gets triggered by them.

I don't like the ducks, nor do I want people touching my truck. But I can always find a jeep to rehome the duck to. The ones who like them are easy to spot!
