JCR rack and Access Lite rider cover owners step in please...

Had a hard rain last night since installing jcr rack and access cover. The bed was soaked from water coming in closest to the cab where the bedrack brackets are. I noticed during install of the Access that gap was not full sealed off where the Access frame rail goes over the rack bracket.
What have yall done to seal that off?

I actually ended up using clear silicone caulk. Worked like a charm!

I bought some to do that same thing, just havent done it yet. Oddly, couldn't find any black anywhere?! Was hoping ol Billy mays had some black flex seal, but no luck! lol
