Jeep BoH app

My android phone is rooted, meaning no G-Play stuff. I get my apps from a different provider. All other apps work fine, however, I have an issue with the Jeep Badge of Honor app. The settings on my phone list the app as having access to exact location, and it shows that the app accesses it. The app says otherwise, always telling me to go to settings and grant GPS access to it. As said, this is the only app that gives me issues with GPS. My car navigation app works fine, my airplane navigation works fine, etc... This leads me to believe that it is an app issue from this particular .apk site that I get stuff from.

Is there a source to download the .apk file directly from the BoH website? I looked but couldn't find any link.
