Someone can relate , Bought 2025 Mojave moving from a willys 2021 , noticed the Gear ratio 4.1 doesn't cut looks like Sluggering badly , installed tazer mini did a regearing to 4.88 and it's another world because tow sometimes, iv' e tried tow with 4.1 or even normal errands can't be done i'm wondering what went wrong for the enginneers have done such a terrible job , just astonished a car can be out of the dealer like this. Be aware things got expensive on the new models the Mojave has plenty of models inside beside Mojave x , the model i got has no Parking assistance no Premium sound , no Bllind spot just got this because I'm into the Shocks that Mojaves provides , the Rubicon didn't serve me well , and with the Ranger Raptor and The Bison from Chevy , Jeep i'll havea hard time to keep going on .

And yet I towed 5,000 pounds with a 3.73 ratio and it did just fine, even in a whole lot of hills. I hauled over 1,000 pounds of blocks in the back.
I think someone had no idea what they were doing or expected the engine to never leave 2,000 RPM.

Check his other post - it's just as bad, actually funny like he's mad and throwing all he has at Jeep (which ain't much)

4.10s and 37s towed 8400lbs (yes it's above rating) just fine. Even held 65mph up a grade that goes from 300' elevation to 4k' in 20 minutes. Engineers didn't miss, driver seems to have. Rereading this, did you actually regear or did you install the tazer and tell the computer you regeared? If it's the second one, no wonder it shifts wierd.
