1. Thanks Jeep! I appreciate the free oil changes.
2. It’s a new program and clearly the comms between dealerships and FCA on this program are poor. When I talked to Jeep the other day I was also told that it’s not mandatory for dealers to do it. So I don’t know if that means FCA even reimburses dealers for it.

The dealers here list WAVE stuff under warranty and put a code next to it if I recall correctly. I know they always write "warranty".
But since warranty stuff is done at flat rate and they may be able to make more coin doing other bigger jobs time and materials, I can see why some might balk.

So after 8 months I finally got a check.............for $160 as "thats the maximun cap" so I will have to pay the extra $120.67 out of my pocket to cover this oil change. @JeepCares thanks for trying. But the run around from Jeep Customer service blaming the dealership, and the dealership blaming Customer Service, the run around is why I probably will never buy another Jeep again. At least not a new one.

In my opinion you’re dodging a bullet. The dealer is so likely to mess up your Jeep with “free oil changes”, performed by inexperienced lube techs.

I've had 5 done flawlessly.
