JT Rubicon Jeep Wave??

Just picked up my Rubicon last Thursday. I bought at Criswell and there was no mention and forgot to ask about the Jeep Wave program. Does the Rubicon come with the 2 year deal or is it up to the dealer to give it to you? Any way to check online or do I need to call the dealer.....fyi they screwed up my paperwork{ Massachusetts } so would rather not have to reach out to them....Thanks Tom

You should be able to login to the Jeep website in the vehicle owners section to gain access. Just enter in info. All JT models come with it.

Still not 100% what you get with Jeep Wave, though. A few oil changes?

I think you get 4 oil and filter changes as well as tire rotations.
There may be other things as well...

Register on the Owners Site on Jeep.com. Login and make sure your vehicle is showing "Owner". Anything else and it will not give any Wave Program details for your vehicle.

After register and login on the Owners website with your JT selected, click the "Menu" on the far right and it will give a drop down and under "Service and Maintenance", select "Jeep Wave" and it will give your enrollment status and remaining services left.

You should be automatically enrolled at purchase and also get a packet in the mail with a confirmation of enrollment and a Jeep Wave ID card with control number. The card is not really need at the dealership when you schedule the service as they should be able to verify without it.

Jeep/FCA does bury the Wave program verification through a few layers of menus but the info is there.

How long does it take to show as owner? I'm going on 3 weeks and it still shows "non-owner" for me

In theory it is suppose to be automatic. In my case after a little over two months, I finally got on Jeep Customer Service Chat and had them go in and manually fix it and change me to owner. You may have to do the same.
