While I already had a mesh sunshade (this one from Amazon) that worked great once I discovered an easy method for me to take the rear part of the hard top on and off I wanted a full length shade. Now, I didn't/don't care for the bungee look so once I started looking for a full length one I recalled another forum member mentioning JTopsUSA in another thread. Their top is unique in how it sits on TOP of the rails and uses buckles instead of bungees and also has some support rods front (one) and rear (two). It also has a magnetic front lip that tucks into the top of the windshield frame so there's no gap. There are also magnets that help keep the middle portion over the center rail from flapping.

You can find this top and the bikini version here.

These guys are in Texas so I did have to pay a little extra as I had to pay taxes but now that I have it installed I am very happy with the result.

Anyway, here it is:

Front buckle and rod location, this nests into an existing notch:

Here you can get a better look at the front magnetic edge tucked in:

Can you still remove the freedom tops with this on?

Yes ,as RH 67 said, they do have a video on their website (look at the JL videos as they do not yet have a Gladiator specific video yet). Here's a link to the video in question.

 Please elaborate?
Well, this only works if you have a bed cover of some sort (I don't think it would matter which). I place a thick beach towel across the bed behind the top. I would sit inside and lift the top up and back setting the rear lip (where the bolts nest) onto the towel/cover. Then I would flip the top "up" until it sat on on its "back" looking like an L. Then, I rotate it and the beach towel (making sure some of the material is over the edge of the bed) until the rear lip is parallel with the long edge of the bed and I slide it off and carry it into my garage.

Now, with the full length top I can't sit inside and lift it up and back, so I life one side at a time onto the towel/cover and them flip it into an L standing outside and next to the bed. the rest is the same. To put it back in I just reverse the steps.

Hopefully that made sense. But, now that I've done it a few times I can have to top off (from removing the bolts to setting it in my garage) in about 10 minutes with no help.

This is a big ask, but can you video yourself doing this for the group? There has been many threads trying to figure out the easiest way (without ordering a hoist system). This, and my wife simply refuses to help me take it off because I keep yelling at her not to scratch it :please:

If the weather allows I'll give it whirl. Top has been off the last few days and it's been great! Finally, non "hot as the sun" weather.
