So, I installed a set of Mopar auxiliary switches Friday, all went well. I then hooked up some lights and proceeded to turn on the switches via my Tazer and poof, every service warning is on i.e. shifter, airbag, traction, abs, headlight, etc. and the Uconnect info changed from the black screen with off road pages to a blue screen with performance pages. The entire Uconnect has changed from heat being in Celsius to different orientation. Also thinks I am out of gas, when drivers door is open dash shows passenger door open, remote start not working, climate screen options changed, etc.
Absolutely no idea what to do at this point. Have tried disconnecting both batteries, unplugged and plugged in every connection on the thing and nothing is helping.... any ideas GREATY appreciated.

The system probably just needs to recalibrate. IF you let the truck idle in park for a while (10-15 minutes), it'll probably fix itself. If that doesn't work, you may have to trigger the restart/recalibration protocols yourself.

I had a similar issue with the install of the AMP retractable steps. You can do a hard reset of the power system by disconnecting the battery terminals AND the ground wire on the passenger side of the engine compartment, near the battery. There is a cluster of three studs/bolts. I forget which one specifically, so just play around until you disconnect the wires there. Leave your headlights on with the power off for like 30 min. Sounds ridiculous, but that little ESS battery causes a lot of weird electronic issues, and it is necessary to completely drain it or disconnect it.

Anyway, let it drain, then hook everything back up and start your truck. It will light back up with all the dash lights, but if you let it sit, it will recalibrate and your missing apps, etc. will come back on. I didn't even lose my presets or anything. It does take a while though, I ended up leaving my truck run in the driveway for about 20 minutes.

I think if you have a Tazer you can force the restart as well.

I will try letting it run for a while. I literally removed the secondary battery and cables from both sides of main battery, left it overnight (with headlight switch on).

I have done the Tazer reboot several times but nothing changes following the reboot.
the Tazer itself is still working fine, giving me all the options, etc.
In my efforts to get to the bottom of this I have removed the auxiliary switches and returned all wiring back (granted we are talking about one orange wire and power).

To those thinking auxiliary switch install is maybe to much to tackle, the install was actually pretty easy. If you use a large (like 36") stiff zip tie as a pulling tool and use a little wire pulling lube the firewall pull is easy. Everything else is straightforward... says the guy who killed his JT.

Putting a bow around this one... towed Gladiator to dealer. Computer thought my JT was a 2000 body, MM vehicle that was right hand drive... WHAT!
Reflashed and all is well. Attaching paper work because I know lots of you are thinking I must have misspoke that.
