Delrin door hinge liners installed too. Stock hinges were already dirty and corroding. Touched up with a paint pen. Link to liners/bushings

Here’s the stock hinge before pic. Already corroding. Also some pics of my paint protection scheme. Been using @Quadratec magnets for years but almost everything is aluminum now so I had to tape the magnets on. Still works.

PVC door cart on a furniture dolly. Got stuff from Home Depot for $80. Dolly was $22. Had some leftover stuff (Bought too much insulation and 1 extra one inc pvc x10’). Here’s what u need to build -

• (3) one inch pvc x10 feet
• (4) one inch foam pipe insulation - 6 feet
• (10) one inch pvc tees
• (14) one inch pvc elbows
• (1) furniture dolly
• Some scrape wood, screws, pvc glue

Flag in door hinge “mod”. Bought 2 cheap but made in USA flags. Put in top rear door hinge. Taped above and below with Gorilla Tape and joila!

Got my Zautomotive forward facing camera today. This is the one option I regret not getting from the factory. Gotta find some time...

Looks like the manual will be a little harder to route compared to the relatively easy auto - using the clutch plug. Still scouting/fretting. Going off-road this weekend so probably won’t get this done....

All cleaned up. Gotta get the forward facing camera installed this weekend ??—maybe.

No camera install yet. Been too busy.... goin Jeep campin. Got various hardware, eye bolts and quick fists for Bed rails. The more room you have, the more stuff you take!
