I have been pretty vocal about Diode Dynamics and the (above par) quality of their lighting products for a while. We have bought A LOT of it over the years simply because we could be reasonably assured what we were gonna get was better than the mass market alternative. This sort of thing seems like the wrong choice to promote, especially on an enthusiast forum.

I notice neither your website nor your statement here declares where it's made. Regardless of your standards and how you may have refined prototype units, it looks like a clone of a generic Chinesium jumper. Are you sure your production facility isn't going to cheap out over time?

As a current owner of a generic Chinesium jumper that used to work but no longer does who was really interested in replacing my unit with something i was hoping was more reliable after its last failure to jump my neighbor's car while fully charged... the fact that this unit looks identical to the one i already own but with a DD sticker on it gives me great cause for pause.

I can assure you i saw this thread name and the company posting it and clicked on it with excitement ready to spend. I've got your elite headlights and elite fogs and really like your company. But seeing the pictures of the unit leave me concerned for all the reasons mentioned above.
