Up 3.5 in rear and 4 in front.

Holy droop batman, and it will move slightly lower if front axle is actually twisted on an obstacle...

Although in this condition with the axle at full sag, the aftermarket drive shaft is still resting on the cross member, although slight enough that i don't think it will when the axle is twisted on the trail.

Sounds to me it’s BFH time! Give that crossmember just a little loving so you end up with just a touch more clearance. It’ll do less damage than the next time you turtle the truck.
