What's the best way you've found to mount or travel with kayaks on your Gladiator? Weighing options. Appreciate your advice.

A lightweight 10 ft yak can be carried diagonally in the bed with the tailgate closed (or open if you prefer) with part of it sticking out the corner at the tailgate. Strap it to the D rigs at the front of the bed to make sure it doesn't go airborne.

For a longer/heavier yak you can use a bed extender. Cheap foam pool noodles are great for supporting the hull (not shown in this pic) and also for rolling the yak in and out of the bed. This one is 12 ft long, 36 in wide and 100+ lb. Hang a flag off the back for safety.

For multiple yaks a bed rack of some sort might be the way to go.
