Can anyone describe what they've connected to an AUX switch that's designated as momentary? I've only added lights to my JT so latching is my setting. I am certain I can learn something here.

Maybe an air horn? Maybe switch lights to momentary if you want to send Morse code? I admit, a couple silly options. :)

Winch? I don't have one yet, but based on the pushbutton controllers I've seen on winches, it is momentary control.

I would think winch control from the driver or passenger seat would be a great option. But basically anything that has its own internal power controller timer controller or latching relay of its own. You could put a timer relay on an ARB compressor so it only runs for a few minutes and then shuts off automatically or just about anything else you may want on for a limited time. Lots of possibilities for sure.

I'm using all 4 AUX switches; two right side for LED Light bar and my HAM Radio, two on the LEFT side for my FRONT & REAR LOCKERS.

So all latching. I was inquiring as to the different momentary uses.
Gotcha. None of mine are momentary, but I did think about my train horn on one of those switches, but its too far away to be practical. Yes, I have 4-horn train horn w/air compressor on my JT! :)
