I've been all over this from the beginning. Spent countless hours researching and discussion with dealer to try and get in on the LE. I feel so fortunate to have a confirmed order! I really feel for those who got "wait listed" beginning late yesterday. I think it is a testament to what most of us already knew...this thing is going to be a bit hit.

Yeah same clothes and truck and everything. If they won't sell you one now, it's sold out, regardless of how many they actually sold.

I really hope they sell a ton of these trucks though. The more there are on the road, the better aftermarket we'll have to really do what we want with our builds.

Happy for those of you that wanted one and got it. Very happily, I passed to get the color, etc I wanted. And when we know all of the mopar extras, any production changes etc before ordering

My Jeep dealership submitted 2 orders because of the confusion.
I wanted granite crystal and the dealer GM recommended I order billet silver because of the ambiguous “late availability” for the granite crystal color.
Both orders were confirmed with VON numbers.

The 2 VON numbers were 2,436 numbers apart
VON 1 was placed at 11:46 am EDT
VON 2 was placed at 1:10 pm EDT

That’s 2,436 orders placed in between 11:46 am and 1:10pm (84 minutes).

Of course not all of those would be Gladiator orders but I bet most were.

The GM agreed to let me choose which Gladiator I wanted when they finally do arrive.

I think you are smart to wait for what you wanted. On the JL it seemed like forever to wait for late availability colors or the 2.0.

Now a year later the difference between getting a Jeep in January or getting exactly what I wanted at the end of April (Sting-Gray) doesn't seem like a big deal at all. So glad I waited.

I don't think they will see delivery of both since Jeep is using controlled ordering. Meaning you have hit the pre-sale site, get the call/control #, order, and confirm. One of those won't match to someones name/control #
