Ty vm for the reply and example! It is what I sadly thought was the case, but was hopeful it wasnt. Definitely a bummer, as it can penalize you greatly for ordering what you want instead of settling for something out there all ready that isnt. :-(
Definitely give ford props for letting...
Two questions:
1) does anyone know if the $2000 offer applies to a Mojave? I was of the opinion only the rubicon did not get this.
2) does jeep allow a dealer to lock in a rebate at the time of an order? Ford allows you to lock in rebates at the time of the order and if they go down or away you...
The gladiator as I had built it with mopar options added was almost $67k and I was quoted almost $59k as price to pay. I bought a loaded raptor with not a single option missing for 64100. I fealt that the raptor was worth the 5000 difference in the trucks in terms of equipment, features, etc...
No I'm still around as I'm still considering as a vehicle for our cabin in Colorado even though i don't want it as my daily driver. And I'm here to see impressions of those that have them all ready and any possible upcoming changes to them.
I've had several jeeps and still have one at our cabin. This wasnt meant as an antijeep post rather I was saying that since I kept being put off from being able to order one as I wanted that I had time to figure out I might be better served by a different vehicle. And I also said I was happy for...
When it was first coming out I was pumped, but as it drug along month after month waiting to get what I wanted and no one could tell me when I could, I had time to shop around and ultimately I decided I wanted more truck than what the gladiator offers so I went with a raptor and have never...
Sorry guys. The raptor makes the gladiator pedestrian at best. Keep your delusional views alive though. But not sorry one bit I moved on.
Love the insults as they are both so mature and spot on, not, but I wont stoop and reciprocate. Again hope everyone loves their vehicle, I'm happy to be in mine.
It became more and more apparent that the features I wanted were not going to be available for another 6 months or so.. cat back exhaust, cold air intake, the mopar stitched seats, etc.
So I went a drove a new loaded raptor that stickered at over $75k. Though they are not exactly the same...

Still on hold until all of the features I want are available. But very jealous of those of you who have gotten to place orders all ready. Hope to be able to join you soon!!
Wtg on steel bumper, cat back exhaust, cold air intake, mopar stitched seats, black grille insert, etc.
Too much money to settle. Guess I wont be ordering for a few more months. Not in a hurry anyways.
Just too many features/extras not available yet. Not settling just because sting gray is...
Was like watching a Ford ad. They didnt want to say anything good about the jeep unless they had to.
Comparing a jeep truck to a truck really made to be a highway driver is insane. They fill two totally different owner preferences.
You buy a gladiator because you like jeeps or want a jeep but...
