Hello everyone, been a Jeep owner for over 10 years from TJ,JK,JL,Gladiator.
So I leased a 2024 Gladiator in almost exactly 1 year ago and once the Jeep hit 4.5K miles I had the check engine light come on, brought it in and they said PCM update.
Fast forward to once it hit about 7K miles check engine light comes on, brought it in and it was an O2 sensor, this was October 2024, November 2024 again with a check engine and the same O2 sensor was replaced, December and again a PCM issue and both bateries had to be replaced.
December comes and another visit for another electrical issue, at this point I contact an attorney since FCA was useless.
Case gets turned down by Stellantis.
Last month in May, another check engine light and now it need a new alternator, PCM module and a radio.
I thought I had a solid case but turns out this company just doesn't want to admit to the fact that I have a very faulty product and want nothing to do with this company ever again.
Has anyone contacted and won a case in FL with the lemon law? Not sure if it's my representation thats inadequate or what else to do at this point.
Thanks.
