looks awesome! I'm not seeing holes for the factory LED license plate light housings, do you have something else planned for the license plate light? How much does it weigh?A few new pictures of our All New "Destroyer" Steel Rear Bumper and optional bolt on Bed Sliders! Building Jigs now so hopefully taking orders soon!
We'll use LED light bolts just like all of our bumpers. I dont have an exact weight yet but should be around 65 lbs plus a couple for the mounting brackets.looks awesome! No not yet. But should be comparable to our other Jeep bumpers.any idea on pricing yet?
Sorry, no eta at this time.what is a rough estimate of when the aluminum version will be available?
The shackle mounts are held on with two 1/2 inch bolts. No different than the stock recovery hooks that are held on with two bolts. The shear strength of a 1/2 inch bolt is in the range of 9000 lbs each, grade 8 bolts would be around 11000 lbs each. So with 18K-22K of holding power you should be good to go.Question about the D Ring mounts.. it looks like they're simply rings mounted to plate that are held in with 2 screws? Exactly how durable are those? As they're recovery points I would think they need to take quite a beating and be be able to take weight and shock loads from nearly any direction. How well will those screws hold without shearing?
That's good to hear. Thank you for the response on that. The shackle mounts are held on with two 1/2 inch bolts. No different than the stock recovery hooks that are held on with two bolts.
