LOD Winch Plate on Steel Bumper Replica

Does anyone know if this plate can be used with the Mopar replica steel bumper? Seems like it does but maybe the plate height isn't compatible.

That's a nice plate and you don't have to wrestle with a plate that has to align with the bumper mount holes. My JTR didn't come with the metal bumper, but I do have the metal skid plate and brackets. I have plenty of nutcerts and the tool. I'm sure my JTR does not have the nutcerts for the skid plate brackets. Now the main problem is convincing my wife on the extra dollars vs a Rusty's or Bulldog.
