Looking for 1.5 inch over Rubicon height springs...

I have Rubicon springs (and shocks) all around, with 1.5inch Daystar spacers in front to level my Overland. Issue is when offroading, when the suspension unloads the spacers rattle a little. I need to get it up in the air to cycle the suspension to make sure there are no other issues, but i think all could be solved with a 1.5 inch lift (over Rubicon) spring. Are there any suggestions as to what parts I could use to replace?

I can't see why your springs would be unseating at all with stock length shocks and a 1.5 spacer . But to answer your question I'd look into synergy 2" front springs , and 2" rears , if you want rake . Lots of free length and nice riding .

This is pretty much what I did. Have the Synergy 2" front springs and OEM Rubicon springs in the rear. After bumper and winch install, I am sitting about 1.5" ride height over Rubicon OEM front springs with a very slight rear rake.

I wouldn't have thought so either, it's more of an annoyance than anything... unseats just enough to allow a little movement.

I'll try to cycle this weekend and snap pics/video.

Anyone have experience with the Rock Krawler 1.5" springs? I don't mind a little rake with winch, keeps the Carolina squat away when hauling... LOL.

Are you sure it's the spacers ? Worth checking . If you are making noise when really flexing it could be the control are bushings maxing out ( rotationally) and being forced to spin the inner sleeve on the bolt. I have rubi springs and Daystar spacers on our 2021 JLU Willy's , with rubi (longer) shocks and shock extension brackets . I've never had an issue unseating , at least that I have noticed .

When they were first put in last year, they would pop a little when turning the wheel on dry pavement. That has subsided, and I haven't heard so much as a squeak, unless I get the front end flexing and turning... like when driving diagonally through a ditch or up an embankment.

@Rock Krawler Suspension, is the RK07463K 1.5 inch spring kit lift height based off a rubicon? I'll try to measure my front spring perch to perch, what is the height of these springs at ride load?

Seems that people are all over the place as to how much lift you get with what version of the Gladiator. My Rubicon sits about right with only one inch higher in the rear. TerraFlex says I can use the factory shocks with no extensions with a 1.5 inch lift front and rear.
I used the floor jack to see what the lifts look like and with the 315-70-17 BFG KO2, the 1.5 inch looks good but at 2 inches it just looks too lifted for me. I won't need bump stop spacers either.

Finally had a free moment while this crossed my mind and called RK. Their lift numbers are all based from the Rubicon suspension, so the 1.5 inch springs will work for what I am wanting.

Now to get this scheduled...

The lift height that most (all?) lift manf's provide is lift over stock at ride height, measured spring perch to spring perch...

That would be great. So tired of seeing people measure from ground to some point on the fender flare. I don't want to level mine because when I gen my ARE shell (200pounds) and any gear in the bed it will put it nose up. I am waiting to do my lift last so I can do it once.
I like the look of the Mopar 2 inch lift but the extended length of the shocks in the kit don't look much longer than the Factory ones. Factory is 24 inch extended.
I am finding that most front spring rates are about 140/ inch. So 280 pounds will lower the front 1 inch.

@Artsifrtsi Have you installed these springs? If so, can you comment on how they are working / how they perform off-roading? I’m considering the same to replace using spacers coupled with falcon 2.1 sp2 shocks.

I have not yet, plans are in the near future though... just had other priorities come into play...
