No offense to customer service employees, but they aren't hired for their product knowledge. They are hired to be a warm body in a seat to talk to people that want to feel heard. So what if they are giving the wrong answers, at least they are giving answers!

95% of people will take what a customer service employee says as gospel. I deal with customer service for shipping lines. They are wildly wrong all the time and don't even bother to fact check the bullshit they spew unless you press them to do their jobs.

The used market is nuts right now. Plus 2020s are now 2years old. Lots of people looking to upgrade/trade up. Plus if you leased, dealerships are paying them off plus money on top.

Now that you’re looking, cookies are making them all pop up.
