Looking for ditch lighting illumination ideas…

I was looking into these same ones but they don’t come with the amber covers like the 4” ones. Really wish they did or I could find covers that will work with them. They’re a heck of a deal with the set at $89.

there is a Canadian company that sells amber covers for them, but the shipping costs are quite insane

I run a pair of Rigid DSS Pro pods in flood pattern. I can't say I have noticed any additional noise at highway speeds.

I do like that setup. How close to the truck does it light up the ground?

I went with unpainted and bought some OEM matched spray paint. It does appear that D&C is now EGR? anyway, I’m committed now!

I bought two of these to borrow the turn signal wire from both fenders. It goes between the fender and main harness. Also quadratec. I have pictures somewhere that show which wire to splice into on their harness, but you can get any circuit that goes to the fender. DRL, turn signal, whatever.

Found the pictures. The one before I spliced into the harness on the table has the turn signal wire marked with purple sharpie, on both ends.

I did buy the recommended wiring harness. Thank you for the turn signal info. When I install them I will reference your posts for sure.
